At Molly Property Management, our story began with a simple yet profound realization: property management is not just about opening a property for opening a property for bookings; it's about creating opportunities and delivering peace of mind. Ten years ago, as a new property owner, Ivan, one of our founders, struggled to find a service that would truly care for his property the way he himself would — one that would handle every detail, treat guests with care, and maximize income without compromise.

So, he decided to start what he couldn’t find. Starting with just one property, he poured his experience from managing different hotels, and passion for hospitality, eye for detail, and dedication to excellence into every aspect of its management. Word spread quickly, and soon, friends and acquaintances trusted us with their properties. Today, we are a team of 8 professionals and a portfolio of unique properties, and we’ve grown into a full-service management company known for exceeding expectations.
